    We had our whole house fitted in blinds, and the entire experience, from visiting the showroom, quote, all communications, measure and install was very professional and friendly. And a quality product.
    Absolutely recommend the VIP team.

    Not at all happy with my sheer curtains, they don’t look full, all seams look like they should have been ironed to look smooth.
    When I complained about the curtains I was told I need to train them so the wave would follow. Never heard this before as I went to the showroom and the display does not look like what they have provided.Asked them how much material they used and asked them to come out to have a look but they never replied. So as far as my experience customer service is poor.

    Used V.I.P. Curtains & Blinds in Joondalup for a rental property.
    We were very happy from start to finish. The assistance with selection, the measuring up and then the insulation were very professional and expert in every area.
    We are very happy with our blinds and curtains and will not hesitate to use them again. Thanks to all the staff in the admin as well.

    VIP Curtain and Blinds are exceptional. The whole process was faultless. Excellent communication, fair pricing, can do attitude and quality through and through. I engaged them after recommendation from 3 other people and having had 2 other quotes. I could not recommend the VIP team more highly - from measure, quote, follow-up, installation and final product.
