- Si Ti Added July 06, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Good paint, not bad service. Disappointed when our old paint couldn't be matched as they were too busy.... there were 4 staff and only 1 other customer..... a match would apparently take a day. Last time it took 30 mins.
- Chris Finn Added July 06, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Came in and asked to reorder the same paint from my previous order as I didn’t have the code. Should have known to check but after two days of painting and then touch ups on a 2 story build I noticed a difference in colour.
Rang the store and I’m told I ordered the wrong paint, what a cop out I didn’t know what the paint was I asked the staff to check the previous order from 2 weeks prior.
Now I’m being told to wait for a response from management. I’m going to spend at least 2 days extra to repaint half the house and I’m told sorry we’ll have to check whether we can give you the paint for free. Unacceptable.
Will update when I get a response but goes to show the only responsible person is you don’t expect the staff to accept responsibility she then said I ordered the wrong paint, sorry but that’s why I asked the staff to check the previous order, I should be sending A bill for 2 days of my time as well. - Judy Cherono Added July 03, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great place to choose your paints, excellent staff. Went there with young kids and the lady attended me was amazing and took her time in explaining and exploring all sorts of paints without giving up
