  Owner did not give refund or exchange over an item that shrunk. Not in the hands of consumer as the dress did not have any tags saying it will shrink. Followed the instructions on how to wash as well as ironing it out to see if it would go back to normal. Size 8 went down to a size 6 or 4 in length, way too short. Did not even wear it once. Have a consumer law on their desk but owner (blonde lady) did not upheld it at all. Villains have amazing clothes but sadly when things go wrong, they refuse to acknowledge it. Disappointed as the amount you pay for an item is sometimes overly priced compared to online for it to turn out wrong. Owner did not greet at all when i first went to speak to her. Tried to dominate me (consumer), just because she did not know my age and only judge by my appearance, she wanted to take ownership and compare me to her "daughter" by saying "i have children as well" "don't talk to me like that" "i do not want to be your mum". I do not see the reason and necessity in her including these phrases?. strictly and clearly i told her, this is a consumer and seller relationship, nothing else. Expected better from this shop and owner. Poor professionalism!

  When I came in a few days ago there were 2 staff members. One of them was so nice (I can't remember her name) but she made us feel so welcome and built a great rapport . Unfortunately, who I'm assuming was the manager on shift, ruined this rapport that the other staff member had built with us. She ignored us upon coming in, gave me really judgemental looks and told her coworker to stop talking to us and do her work. Extremely unprofessional and really poor customer service.

  brooke in carousel is the worst manager Ive ever seen and has a nasty look on her face that she gives to customers i cant believe you have someone like that representing your business she is turning away customers I wil not shop there again.

  I don’t know if this place has undergone huge management changes or anything but I only went recently and have no idea why it’s rated so low. I loved it! The service was great, clothing selection soooo good actually got my ball dress here after having the dresses everywhere else. -1 star because they don’t have many change rooms

  Bad quality. Bad customer service. The manager tried to argue with the consumer. Tried to dominate her like it was a mother daughter relationship. There were no consumer and seller relationship nor was there professionalism in the owner. Offered the consumer to get an exchange of something on the spot. Did not give credit note for any duration it was just through verbal. Consumer did not pick anything because there was no use, who knows what would shrink. Business system wise, owner does not know how to run the business.
