  Ordered breakfast(table service) food came out but no drinks! It was too loud to sit inside a group of mums and their kids take taken over the entry making it hard to use self-service. I ordered on my phone because there was no other way. 20mins later and still no coffee! Unacceptable will not be coming here again

  This is the fastest McDonald's I have ever been too. Not only is your time the biggest priority but they will give you extremely poor behaviour and service the moment you even request quicker service. The manager, Danelle literally threw my food at one point. The last time I ate there I decided never to go back. I had human blood on the wrapping paper of my burger. The worker in the back didn't realize he had cut himself and had made food for dozens of people before I brought the blood to his attention. It makes me queezy thinking about it.

  In cafe if you don’t put whip cream on please put flat lids. Also check that the lid is not damaged I and also the cup trays. Got home put my drink back on to the cup tray and it ripped and my drink fell leaving me with nothing so please guys check before you serve

  It was in the morning, very busy. But need more communication between staff. They were all running around like chooks without their heads. My order was easy hotcakes & coffee no problems. Others were complaining about slow service with there toasties

  The food is absolutely magnificent and them fries are crispy as one can get. The service however is most the time so bad that you’ll have to wait onwards of up to 30mins for a cheeseburger and fries, like damn. The store looks pretty good.

  Food is good and fresh. Staff was not trained well. Ordered an extra hash brown with the meal via drive through. Staff got the order wrong and told if I wanted the hash brown, I had to go to the front counter to pay... I probably won't come back...
