  Currently having a very poor experience with Plush sofas. I placed an order for several sofas in April and was assured of delivery by August. As yet I hadn't heard from them so thought I would check when delivery would be - I was told October! It is very disappointing that I was not contacted to be made aware of this 2 month delay. Whilst discussing this and what could be done with the customer service officer, she hung up on me! I would not have purchased these sofas if I'd known it would take 6 months for them to arrive. Very poor communication and customer service considering the price of the products.

  Awful aftercare. I was sold a faulty cushion at Joondalup however fault was not clear on purchase as it was hidden by tassels. I don't believe the store were aware either .
  
  I called up just 6 days after purchasing to explain the issue when I realised and was point blank told there was nothing that could be done as it's classed as 'clearance' - despite the fault and plush's own warranty period of cushions (2 years) and ACCC guidelines for major faults.
  
  This is such poor service after just spending 5k with the company on two brand new sofas.
  I am honestly in shock. I have never experienced such lack of care for customers and disregard for their own policies and faulty products.

  Our experience with Plush was professional and informative from the moment we stepped into the showroom. Belle knew the products but even more importantly, she listened to what we wanted. We are so excited to receive our lounge suite in coming months and would totally recommend this business!

  After much consideration we decided to treat ourselves and outlay the large amount for what we thought would be a high quality sofa. Let’s just say price does not always equal quality. After 6 months of use (and not a lot of use as it is in a secondary living area and not our main sofa) the fabric started pilling terribly. We contacted Plush and were told ‘bad luck, fabrics will pill’!?!! Understandably, fabrics do pill, but you don’t expect it when you spend over $5000 on a sofa! Absolutely disgraceful after care service dealing with this issue and to this date they are refusing to do anything about it. Save your money and go elsewhere!

  I’ve just purchased a Cameo modular and matching 2-seater sofa from Plush in Joondalup and the service provided by Claire W was excellent! She was so helpful and accommodating to my specific requests when choosing sofa designs and fabric options. Claire made the whole process seamless and stress-free, she was very genuine and easy to talk to.
