  Very poor service. The phones never get answered. We've been waiting for over 2 years for a simple milk test to be conducted.

  Prick test completed, but no documents offered nor provided showing results. Asked about possible challenges against various foods. Was advised that's not done in W.A. and the challenges completed in the eastern states are only for peanuts. We were advised to try no new foods for 22 month old child. Whole exercise felt pointless.

  We are very happy with Dr Naidoo. We have been seeing him for a couple of years for my daughters egg allergy and cows milk protein intolerance and now with my 4 month old son who has ongoing blood in his stools. We were relieved to finally find someone who is doing multiple tests to see where the persistent blood is coming from and suggested a number of things that could be the cause. He has great manner with kids. My daughter (3yrs old) and my 4 month old son both warmed to him straight away and there have never been any tears getting skin prick tests or other checks done with him. His waiting room and office have a bunch of toys to distract them too. Dr Naidoo has always given very sound advice and a clear plan of action. He also is willing to follow up small questions etc. via email which is often unheard of from specialists these days as they are so busy. Would definately recommend him.
