I wasnt sure of the size but if I came to return it after her birthday, the 2 weeks would have been up. I spoke to the manager and she assured me I could return it. Well 3 weeks later I came back, keep in mind that I misplaced my recipt. I met the manager and despite being quite busy, she accepted the return. Not only that, but she ordered the dress in the right size. I can't speak for all their staff because I havent had much experience with them, but the manager was patient and kind. Truly some of the best customer service I have experienced!

Whilst their Joondalup staff is really friendly, I have noticed a couple of times now that they can become a bit overbearing with following you around the store. Understandably they're trying to make a sale and reach monthly KPI's but sometimes less is more :)
