  Told the staff about a dead cockroach in the corner booth
  Yet they still left it for the 30mins I was here… see a similar post on here from the other week showing another cockroach was in the restaurant.

  Being forced to place orders through the app is RIDICULOUS!!! What has happened to freedom of choice and customer service????
  Limited to the choices on the app and the app itself is clunky. The only way to have personal interaction is to go to the store and then customer service is delayed because there is one iPad available. This will definitely impact my future decisions having Nandos take out and I probably won’t come here (or any other Nandos) again!

  Orders a chicken burger with extra chicken and large chips. $30 and 30 minutes later I had received my meal. I had received my meal with out the extra chicken I paid for. The lady said shall I bring it to you on a plate as she couldn’t handle the burger once opened . I didn’t want to wait even longer for the chicken to put in the burger as it would of been cold by the time I’d received the extra chicken. Why couldn’t they just do the right thing and make me a burger with the extra bit of chicken id payed for??? It’s the least they could of done for the mess around. My time and money is obviously not valued at this store.

  Food was great as normal. Only drag was Nando’s staff member was insisting people to use phone ordering instead of counter service, which was not the ideal for me. The Nando’s server rolled her eyes at my mate when he tried to pay with his card as he didn’t have his phone with him, which made him feel pretty bad, not sure why customers are made to feel like they are doing the wrong thing? But also spotted this little fella… that probably doesn’t belong in a restaurant…

  I'm been a customer of Nandos in joondalup for over 20 years now and I'm not 1 for giving a bad review but my whole chicken tonight was awful the worst that I've ever had. Dry, chewy and tasteless no flavour at all. If I had sat in to eat it I would have returned the meal but it was a takeaway that I picked up. Never again Nandos.but my dogs enjoyed it.
